Jax & Bard – Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible clogs within 30 days of delivery for a refund only. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Eligibility

  • Clogs must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items

  • Custom or monogrammed orders

  • Items showing any signs of wear

How to Start a Return

  1. Email jaxshoes@orleansshoes.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label

  3. Pack the clogs carefully and ship them back

  4. Returns are processed the day they are received

  5. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, minus original and return shipping costs

Notes

  • We do not offer exchanges

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval

  • Items returned in worn or damaged condition will be sent back without refund
